Throughout your lifetime, your experiences have caused you to create patterns of thought, which created beliefs. Based upon those beliefs, you developed habits that your subconscious mind continues to trigger, even if they no longer serve your highest good.

It can be difficult to change your thoughts, habits and beliefs because most of the time, we try to force change through our conscious mind, not at the subconscious level, where they are stored.

A simple way to understand it is, your subconscious mind is like a computer program. Although we use the keyboard to enter new information, and we can see the information displayed on the screen, the end result will be determined by the program on the hard-drive; it will continue to operate as it was written. The end result may not be what we intended.

Effective change occurs when we bypass the critical factor (the conscious mind) and change the program we have written.

Hypnosis has long been recognized as a successful aid for weight loss, pain management, or to stop smoking. However, it is also a modern, safe, and easy way to change behaviors, dissolve limitations and achieve goals.

Hypnosis is a fast, effective way to overcome the negative, self-limiting, non-beneficial mind chatter and give yourself suggestions that will launch you to your goal. It creates a heightened state of intense relaxation, concentration, and awareness where the mind becomes detached from everyday worries and concerns. It is this state of relaxed awareness that allows the subconscious mind to respond to suggestion and imagery.

When the mind is free from analytical or “worry” thoughts, it can focus on things you want to change. In the subconscious mind, you do not “make” changes, you focus on your goal and “allow” changes.
